![]() ![]() Obviously, the reverse is true if you're the IFT's pilot. When faced with its Empire counterpart, IFT-T, you should get up close as soon as possible in order to take full advantage of your weaponry, as the latter has more accurate weapons and will defeat you from afar. Ironically, these pods are also the tank's weak spot: all attacks landing there will deal far more damage then usual. The latter deal the most damage and can halve the IFT-T's health in seconds up close, but the missiles are very inaccurate at long range. It is also equipped with dual missile pods atop the tank, but these have to be controlled by the separate person. ![]() Both of these weapons have infinite ammo (although laser cannons will overheat after about 7 consecutive shots) and are quite ineffective at long range. In addition to driving this tank, the pliot also operates a pair of anti-infantry laser cannons and heavier particle cannons. It can still run infantry over, but it is a lot harder then with Empire's counterparts. It has got average health, but is considerably slower and less maneouvrable then the Empire's IFT-T, requiring several seconds to charge up its engines. It replaced the Rebel combat speeder from Star Wars: Battlefront. ![]() It appears in the Star Wars: Battlefront II, Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron and Star Wars Battlefront: Elite Squadron on Kashyyk, Polis Massa, Felucia, Mygeeto, Utapau and Yavin 4 maps. The AAC-1 hovertank, or Anti-Aircraft Combat Tank-1, is a medium class landspeeder vehicle used by the Rebel Alliance. ![]()
